How to Get Started
Receiving Mail
Navigate to Communicate > Mail > Inbox.
New messages appear at the top—unread emails have a blue dot next to them.
Click or tap a message to open and read it.
Sending Mail
From Inbox, click + or + Compose to start a new email.
Enter recipients by typing member names, or group names.
Add a Subject, Message, and (optional) attachments.
Click the send icon to deliver your email.
Replying to Messages
Open any message thread in Inbox.
Use the Reply or Reply All buttons at the bottom.
Type your response and click Send.
Pro Tip: Use Save to Draft to pause composing and return later without losing your work.

Q: Can I forward an email to non-members?
A: No. MCR Mail only delivers to users within your organization’s roster.
Q: What’s the maximum attachment size?
A: Individual attachments must be 20 MB or smaller. For larger files, include a shareable link.
Q: How do I delete or archive emails?
A: Click the Archive icon to remove messages from your Inbox; archived emails can be found under Communicate > Mail > Archived.
Q: Will I get notifications for new mail?
A: Yes—enable push notifications in your profile settings to get alerts for incoming messages.
