Overview
After creating a question, chapter leaders can track responses, export results, and archive or unarchive polls within MCR.
Key Highlights
Response Tracking: Instantly see who has answered (or not) and view individual responses.
Export Options: Download results as Excel or PDF with one click.
Archive Controls: Archive old questions to prevent further answers and unarchive them when needed.
How to Get Started
In MCR, go to Communicate > Manage Questions.
To view responses, click the ? chart icon next to your question.
The Responses page shows answered vs. unanswered members and displays a chart (toggle between bar and pie).
To export results, click the Excel icon for a spreadsheet or the PDF icon for a document.
To archive a question, click the 3 dots, choose Archive, and confirm the action.
To unarchive, click the Archived menu, locate the question, 3 dots, choose Unarchive, and confirm the action.—it returns to all original recipients.
Pro Tip: Use the toggle on the chart to switch views and spot trends faster.
FAQs
Q: What happens when I archive a question?
A: Archiving stops new responses—members can no longer answer until you unarchive.
Q: Where do archived questions go?
A: Archived questions live under Archived in the Manage Questions section.
Q: Can I export after archiving?
A: Yes. You can still export responses from archived questions.
Q: Will unarchived questions resend notifications?
A: No. Unarchiving restores the question to your list, but recipients do not receive new notifications.
