Overview
“Questions” are simple poll‑style prompts Chapter Leaders send to gather member feedback. You can answer these questions directly in MCR.


Key Highlights

  • Dashboard Alerts: See active Questions on your dashboard until answered.

  • Communicate Section: View all active Questions under Communicate > Questions.


How to Answer a Question

  1. On your Dashboard, locate the Question widget, or go to Communicate > My Questions. (You will end up on Unanswered)

  2. Click or tap the Question you want to answer.

  3. Select your response option or enter your text.

  4. Click Submit to record your answer.

Tip: After submitting, you can revisit the question under Answered to change your answer if needed.



FAQs

Q: Where do I find questions I haven’t answered?
A: Under Communicate > My Questions on the Unanswered tab and on your Dashboard until you answer them.

Q: Can I change my answer after submitting?
A: Yes. Go to Communicate > My Questions, switch to the Answered tab, open the question, and click Edit.

Q: Will I get notifications for new questions?
A: Yes. You’ll receive a dashboard alert and, if enabled, an email notification for new questions.

Q: How long are questions available?
A: Questions remain active until you answer them or a leader archives the question.
