Overview
Admin/E‑Board Members can create poll‑style questions for members to answer. Questions appear on selected members’ dashboards, making it easy to gather quick feedback.


Key Highlights

  • Targeted Polls: Send questions to autogenerated or custom groups of members.

  • Flexible Formats: Choose from Single Select, Multi Select, Scale (1–5), or Free Text responses.

  • Dashboard Visibility: Questions show up prominently on recipients’ dashboards until answered.


How to Get Started

  1. In MCR, go to Communicate > Manage Questions.

  2. Click the + icon to create a new question.

  3. In the pop‑up:

    • Type group  names in the To field.

    • Or click the + button to browse and select from available groups.

  4. Click Done after selecting recipients.

  5. Enter your Question text and choose a Due Date.

  6. Select a Question Type:

    • Single Select: One answer choice.

    • Multi Select: Multiple answer choices.

    • Scale: Rate on a scale of 1 to 5 (e.g., likelihood to attend).

    • Free Text: Open‑ended responses.

  7. Click Submit to send the question.




FAQs

Q: Can I edit a question after it’s submitted?
A: Yes, as long as no members have answered yet.

Q: How do members answer a question?
A: Recipients see questions on their dashboard and click on the question to submit their choice.

Q: Can I see response results?
A: Yes. Go back to Communicate > Manage Questions, select the question, and view aggregated responses.

Q: What happens if a member misses the due date?
A: Questions remain open, but dashboard notifications will show the due date as expired; responses submitted late are still recorded.
