How to Find Read Receipts

  1. In MCR, tap the ☰ hamburger menu (if on mobile) or use the left sidebar to go to Communicate > Mail > Sent.

  2. Locate the email you want to check and click or tap on the link that says x of x opened.

  3. Or you can go into the email details pane, and click or tap on the link that says x of x opened.

Pro Tip: Use the search bar in Sent to quickly locate a specific email by subject or message body.

Q: How long does MCR keep read receipt data?
A: Receipt data is stored permanently along with the email in your Sent folder.

Q: Does every recipient send a read receipt?
A: Yes. When recipients open your email within MCR, a read receipt is recorded automatically—however, receipts only track opens inside the MCR system and won’t register if the email is read outside of MCR.

Q: Can I disable read receipts for my account?
A: Not currently—receipts are sent automatically to help you track engagement.
