How to Get Started

  1. Go to Communicate > Mail > Inbox.
    Tip: On smaller screens, tap the ☰ hamburger icon to reveal the menu options.

  2. Click + Compose.

  3. Begin writing your Subject and Message.

  4. (Optional) Add recipients, attachments, or formatting.

  5. To save without sending, click Save to Draft or wait—drafts auto-save every 30 seconds.

  6. Later, return to Communicate > Mail > Drafts.
    Tip: On smaller screens, tap the ☰ hamburger icon to reveal the menu options.

  7. Click the draft you want to edit, make your changes, and click Send when you’re done.

Pro Tip: Use a clear subject line even in drafts so you can easily find them later.
