If your profile update button is not working, it is likely because you are missing a piece of information in your profile that is required. Any missing information will be in red with an asterisk. You must fill out any missing information before the update button will work. (In this example below, class schedule is missing.)
Once the class schedule is put in, the update button will activate, and you will be able to update and save your profile information.
