Hello and welcome to our chapter!
We use MyChapterRoom (MCR) to communicate within the chapter. This platform is instrumental in keeping our chapter organized and making sure our members have information at their fingertips. You will be able to search members in the chapter, find out what events are going on, send in an excuse if needed, find the link to pay your bill, find resources that are shared with you and so much more.
You will be sent a welcome email from MCR on or close to bid day. Your New Member educator should know when this is sent. Please be sure to click on the QR code, download the app, and fill in your profile information. This will take about 10 minutes. We strongly suggest you review this 6 minute user tutorial to give you a better understanding of what to expect once logging in.
Once logged on, please feel free to look around. Events will show on our calendar and might be the easiest thing to look at. Don't worry, we will go over all of this in our meetings together.
