The Membership report can be found in the MCR website under: My Access > Admin > Membership Report 


The Membership report offers leaders the ability to see a snapshot of their chapter’s membership numbers by term. During the current term the Membership classification numbers are fluid and will update as changes are made. Once the term has ended, the report becomes static and numbers will not change. 


How does this help leaders? 

  • Double check that Membership classification changes have been done correctly 

  • Use data to update information with your Fraternity & Sorority Life office, Panhellenic/IFC etc. 

  • Ensure that MCR matches other databases (Billhighway, HQ Portal, Recruitment Software etc.) 



  1. This drop down menu allows you to select the term you would like to view; you will automatically be taken to the current term 

  2. Combined total number of active Lifetime and New Members in your chapter 

  3. Current Active New Members 

    1. Once New Members are initiated, they will be added to the count for Lifetime Members and listed under the “Active New Members Initiated” 

  4. Total Participation Exempt Members broken into those who are financially suspended and those who are studying abroad 

    1. *Our backend data did not previously distinguish between a financially suspended and study abroad participation exempt Member status. As a result, both Participation Exempt Study Abroad and Participation Exempt Financial Suspension will be listed under Study Abroad through your current term (Spring 2023) 

  1. These are Members who are resigned from the chapter as a result of financial suspension 

  2. Collegians who have been moved from active status to alumnae 

  3. Export data to spreadsheet to make it simple to share with external partners


By clicking on the underlined numbers for each status you will have a list of the Members who meet that classification, making it easier to check a Member’s status.
