We have a brand new, much sought after feature that has just rolled out! If you are a chapter that has certain excuse types with a limit on the number of times they can be used (such as a “Free Miss”) you no longer need to manually keep track of Member excuse counts! ?
Many chapters give each Member a certain number of “Free Miss” passes to use during the term. Up until now, tracking who has and has not used the excuse had to be done manually.
A few notes:
The data has been backfilled for this term; so you will be able to see the total number of excuse types each Member has been granted for this term when you go to the excuse queue
Each excuse type will have a count
The excuse numbers will reset at the start of each new term
When you click the drop down arrow in the excuses queue you will see the excuse tally for each excuse type in the drop down menu.
