Admin leaders now have the option to make "bulk" Membership changes to a group of Members whose Membership status are all having the same change. For example, moving New Members to Active Lifetime Members or Seniors to Alumni status. 


To access a Bulk Membership Status Change, an admin leader will go to: 

My Access > Manage Users > Edit (Pencil Icon)


Once you have clicked the Pencil Icon for 'editing mode' you will see the "Bulk Membership Status Change" button.


Once you are in the Bulk Membership Status Change area you will select what you want to change the Membership status in the drop down menu. 


You can use the "view" drop down to select the year in school to view which is especially helpful when moving Seniors to Alumni Status.


You can also sort each column by type using the arrows at the top of the column.


You will click the box on the right hand side for any Members you want to apply the Membership change to, and then click the "Change Selected Only" button on the left hand side. if you want to apply it to all filtered members, click the box at the top in the green header.


You will get a pop-up screen with a summary of the changes you are making, once you click "Done" the changes will be applied.


Please Note: For Alpha Sigma Tau chapters, all Membership status changes must be made in Officer Portal.
