How to Clear your Cache & Cookies | Desktop Browser

What is Cache?

A cache (pronounced cash) is a reserved storage location that collects temporary data to help websites, browsers, and apps load faster.

As with most robust platforms, between making frequent updates and caching our files so that your user experience is faster, this sometimes causes blank screens especially if you have not logged out in a while.

It is best practice to logout and clear your cache often.

Chrome: Clear Browsing Data

In Google Chrome, clearing the browser cache is done via the Clear browsing data area in Settings or

MAC    Cmd + Shift + Delete

PC      Ctrl + Shift + Delete

From there, check Advanced, Cached images and files, Cookies and other site date and then CLEAR DATA.
