When you create your profile or update your phone number, our system will send you a verification code to enter to confirm your cell phone number.



If you have updated your phone number and not received a verification code: 


  • Use a Google Chrome browser window to update your profile 
    • Other browsers cannot always handle the robust nature of the MCR website; Google Chrome is our preferred and supported browser. 
  • Double check that you entered the phone number and carrier information correctly 

  • Check that you are using the correct carrier, sometimes even though you may be a Cricket Wireless customer, your phone number actually goes through Verizon 
    • You can use this website to check your carrier 


If none of these suggestions work for you, please chat in with our Client Services team using the chat icon in the lower right corner of your screen. You will need to have the verification code up on your screen and stay with us in the chat for a few minutes while we are able to assist you with the verification code. In the event that you chat in very late at night and don't get a response, check in with us in the morning as we usually reply right away and can help you as soon as you are at your computer!
