If a Member needs to have an email resent to activate their account, any advisor or admin Member can re-send the welcome email from the MyChapterRoom website. 

  • Navigate to: My Access --> Manage Users 
  • Click on the "Welcome Emails" button in the upper right corner 

  • This key in the upper left corner will tell you the status of each Member's welcome email 
  • You can use the checkbox to the right of their name to select specific Members to send the emails to, or you can click the button to send to all Members who have not set up their account yet.
