If you have forgotten your password for MCR you will need to request a link to reset your password. 

You can request a link to reset your password from the Mobile App or from www.login.mcr.com on the web. 

On the web you will navigate to www.login.mcr.com and click the "Forgot your Password" link at the bottom of the log in page.


You will be asked to submit your email address and click "send" at the bottom of the page. 

The website will indicate if your account was found and will send you an email with an activation code to reset your password.  The code must be used within 15 minutes. Once you enter the activation code you will be asked to enter your new password. 

Alternately, on the Mobile App you will open the app and click "Forgot my Password" at the bottom of the screen. 

This will open a screen to enter your email address, click "Submit" and you will be sent an email with an activation code and a link to click to enter the activation code. 

When resetting your password from a mobile device, it is important that you click the link in the email you are sent to enter your activation code. 

Note: You only need to reset your password once (on web or app) once you reset your password you will use new password to log in to the website and the app. 

Once you enter your new password, you will be logged back into the site. Make a note of your new password so you can log in.
