When an event is created with an RSVP Members will have to respond to the RSVP to communicate their intention to attend or not attend the event. The RSVP feature eliminates the need for a separate sign up sheet for the event.
From the website or Mobile App you will click on the Event you want to RSVP to; if the Event has spaces remaining you will see both a "Yes" and "No" button to register your RSVP.
Once you click "Yes" or "No" to RSVP to the event, you will receive an email with your RSVP status, and your leaders will be able to see your name on the RSVP list. If you need to change your RSVP you will need to reach out to a Chapter Admin or the leader who created the event to edit your RSVP.
If the maximum number of spots have been met when you click on the event, you will see the following:
If you click "Join Waitlist" your spot on the waitlist will be reserved along with the number you are on the waitlist. You can still RSVP "No" if you do not want to attend the event.
