Admins can move your members to one of the following status:

  • Active Lifetime Member
  • Participation Exempt Lifetime Member
  • Resign
  • Financially Suspend
  • Alumni
  • New Member


Follow these steps:

  1. Go to My Access > Manage Users
  2. Choose your membership type
  3. Click the pencil in the top right to enter edit mode
  4. Type the name of the member in the search bar
  5. Scroll to Current Membership Status
  6. Choose the change in status
  7. Click Update
