How Admin Members can Add Advisors to the MCR Roster.



Note: In the above video, we are a adding a New Member, to add a Lifetime Member you have to select "Lifetime Members" from the drop down menu next to the "+" icon


Click on "My Access" key icon on left hand menu. 

       


Select "Manage Users" under the Admin menu and click the pencil icon in the upper right corner. 




You will be in "edit" mode- click the "+" icon in the left corner of the table. 



 

A pop-up screen will open to Add Members.


You will enter your new advisors in her with their first name last name and email address



Select "Done" button and Advisors will receive "Welcome Email" and be added to roster. 


Then you will need to go into the Chapter Info page and set them as a specific advisor

  1. Click on chapter Info
  2. Choose Advisor Positions from the dropdown
  3. Click on the pencil icon to edit
  4. Change or add the name of the advisor
  5. You can add a new advisor position at the top right of the header by using the + sign
  6. Click update.
