Collaborate is an area to share documents and files within your organization. This area works like a shared common drive (similar to Google Drive or Microsoft One Drive) for chapter leaders to share files with Members. 

The collaborate section can be accessed from the dashboard by clicking on the "game plan" style icon on the left hand side. 



When you open Collaborate the first window that will open is your "Recently Used" files showing any files you have recently used.  



You can "star" a folder or file for easy access which can be found by clicking on the "starred" document section. 



To open a file/folder, simply double click the file/folder and the document will open in a preview window where you can view the file and give you an option to download the file. 



The "shared with me" section will show all files that you have been given access to.
