One of the ways we constantly improve the MyChapterRoom Member experience is through requests and suggestions from our users. A request we have often received is to be able to choose any color for different event types on the calendar in Engage.
We are happy to report that you can now select any color for each event type!
Event Templates can be edited in the Event Admin section of Engage. Your chapter administrators will be able to edit the color of the calendar entry and text.
Go to: Engage > Event Admin > Templates
You will see each of your event types and the current colors assigned to them.
To change an event template color:
Click on the label color to the left of the event template name
A color picker will appear and you can choose any color/shade of color with your cursor or you can type the color code in the Hex color code box at the bottom.
You will follow the same steps to change the color of the text color in the text color column.
Once you have chosen a color it will be applied to all events on your calendar scheduled with that template on both the website and the app.
