Admins have the ability to create additional fields for members to fill out in their profiles. To do this, go to My Access > Admin > Extras > MCR Configuration

  • Type in the title of the field you want to add
    • Examples include:
      • Dietary restrictions
      • License plate number
      • Favorite color 
      • Student ID number 


These fields are not required when filling out a member's profile.  However, if a member chooses to fill in these fields you can find their responses by going to My Access > Admin > Member (Sister/Brother) Information > Extra Profile Fields.
