A lot of the data regarding your members is pulled from a member's profile.  Therefore, it is very important that your members keep their profile information up to date.  


If you want to require your membership to review and update their profiles you can do so by going to My Access > Admin > Extras > MCR Configuration. 

  • Find the section entitled "Profile Settings" 
  • Type the desired date you want members to be required to update their profiles into the box next to "Force Collegian Profile Change Date"
  • Save changes 


Upon a member's first login after the date you entered they will be taken to their profile page.  The member will need to review and update her/his profile before s/he can go any further on the site.
