To process excuses, go to My Access > CRSB/Standards > Unprocessed Excuses
- Review the excuse submitted by the member
- Select the appropriate option from the drop down
- Add any additional information or message such as a request for additional proof.
- Save changes
- MCR mail will be sent to the member letting them know their excuse was processed.
The % of points given for each excuse option was determined when your MCR was set up but if your bylaws have changed, please be sure to submit a request to change them. Points will be retroactive to what you choose.
