The eboard weekly report is completely optional.  Your President can choose to ask eboard members to fill it out online.  


You must fill in all fields in order to submit the report.  N/A or does not apply are good fillers.


The fields are:

  • Date of Meeting
  • Report of last week's activities
  • Upcoming events through next chapter
  • Last Meeting Date
  • Attendance at meeting
  • Committee Members' Activities
  • Announcements and dates for this coming Chapter meeting
  • Questions, Suggestions, Comments
