Advisors are extremely important to your chapter and you want them to be "in the know" when it comes to what is going on. If your advisor is also an alum of your chapter, s/he will have a separate account and should be added in the Important Reference area to be classified as an advisor. To add an advisor, go to:
My Access > Admin > Manage Users > Important Refs (in the drop down menu on the left)
- Input the first name, last name and email address. (See the example listed)
- Click "Save Changes."
An email will automatically be sent out to the advisor with the link to create a new password and set up her/his account. The advisor will be using the email address you enter along with this new password to login.

Once done, please go to My Access > Admin > Chapter Contact Info and designate your advisors there so that your membership will know who is advising which position. You can change the order in which your advisors appear in the Important Reference Roster by clicking the up and down arrows to move them to the desired locations at the bottom of the page.
